I simply remember my favorite things and I don't feel so sad

My favorite color is pink. It is soft, feminine, youthful and fun. When I was working at Sephora, an 80 year old woman purchased magenta glitter lipstick. She put it on at the register, and said it made her feel like a girl again with biggest smile on her face. In that moment, she has become my forever mood. Pink, glittery, youthful and unapologetic.

I journal a lot, I would say daily but that isn't true. I have been keeping a journal since high school, I still have all of my journals from age 25 until present. I pray to pass them on to my daughters, so they can see "Mama had a life"! I envision their faces reading about all of my stunts & adventures,  and them saying "Mom you did (insert something only God or Google knows)" LOL :-) 

Who doesn't like pizza? I could eat pizza everyday and never get tired. I tried that the first year of my marriage, it didn't go over so great! My favorite pizza is white with pepperoni and mushrooms. Pineapples are for fruit cups and cake... NOT PIZZA!

I currently own 300 lipsticks. This does not include the doubles or triples of my favorite shades. I wanted to be a makeup artist some time ago, so every penny I got went to buying makeup. Some habits just stick. All reds aren't created equal! Buy the lipstick boo! 

Seven (7) is my favorite number. It is the number of completion; there are 7 days in a week, 7 colors in a rainbow, and 7 wonders of the world. I was born on the 7th which fell on the 7th day of the week in 1984. 

I love all things zodiac and astrology related. I am a LIBRA in every sense of the way creative, beautiful, loyal, indecisive, and moody. I also love tarot, libras, new moons, libras, full moon, being a libra. #librasarethebestsignEVER

Take a look it's in a book, reading rainbow!! I am a book hoarder. I got it from my grandmother. She literally read and collected everything from the newspaper, to books, to magazines, to pamphlets at the doctors office. I LOVE BOOKS. I LOVE the smell of library books. Reading is my escape when writing doesn't work.
